Testimonials
Marc Cox – Commonwealth Games cyclist
So pleased to have Rob look over my nutrition on the build up to the commonwealth games. It’s safe to say there is no stone unturned! A very thorough (but easy to navigate) consultation regarding my food and liquid intake, led to a comprehensive report. He found some holes in my general nutrition that need some attention. The advice given by Rob made complete sense, but also gave me an explanation as to why and how the changes will help me going forward. I’m looking forward to reaping the benefits from Robs advice.
Hilmy Shawwal – British T54 sprint athlete
Working with Rob changed my life entirely in terms of the nutritional side of things. From not getting a single PB in wheelchair racing in 5 years to finally getting what I wanted it was absolutely everything to me. Thank you so much for the help you gave me last year, your amazing!
